Something that tell your spell damages with a build

I'm looking for an addon or website that say how much you hit with a spell when you specify your equipments.

You could try this build editor:

And ingame, if you have equipped the items, you can see your spell damage by pressing C.
If you want to see it without pressing C there is an addon like this which shows it on screen in a small movable label (with right click functions). It also shows your spell critical, or weapon dmg and crit.
