Making a Racket
Shattered and Scattered
quests last 3 i need for Zygor Community guide but ive searched everywhere and cant find the pickup for them.

2 of those quest names are in LibQuestData so I would think they would show up with Quest Map.

yea i found them when i created a new character but i cant find that Making a Racket anywhere
them 2 were related to companions so if you make a level 50 character they dont show up because its automatically unlocked for max level characters on PTR

Yeah Making a racket I'm not sure. However, I didn't do any of the story line quests since it requires doing other ones first.

It seems to be a side quest, no story quest, according to UESP

im not even sure where to start looking for him unless hes in the Leyawiin Thieves Guild

yes thats 1 of the 2 sites i been referring to but no one has updated any text on any of the quests yet. so im having to do full exploration. But finding a single NPC is like looking for a needle in a haystack ive got all the rest of the quests, side quests, delves and skyshards coded into the zygor guide making small modifications each week as ZOS changes stuff.

I have not finished running around but the mod True Exploration is what I have installed so I know where I have and have not been in that zone. It won't track until you install it thought but you could see if that helps. It might be something specific that is mined from quest names and isn't available or it won't be until an upcoming event.
