Split Stack

Harven's Stack Spliter does this but is not maintained and has a "bank full" bug often when you bank isn't full.

I'm looking for an addon that will set the default stack split to 1, or otherwise making it easier to split 1 item off instead of mouse cursoring in the dialog and typing 1 which is tedious.

I'm using Harvens and it's working fine? When does this bank full bug happen? Any details how to reproduce that?

It did not check for free slots in the other bank bag, if you are ESOPlus.
