Charge via Keybind

Out of curiosity:

There are addons available that warn you when your weapon needs to be charged.

There are addons available that charge your weapon automatically.

Now I wonder, is it possible for an addon to charge your weapon via keybind? As in, you see the low-charge warning, press a key and then your weapon gets charged.

Any insights?

AutoRecharge got a keybind, also for repair.

For the illusion of control, I suppose. It's no big deal, but I prefer to avoid complete automation, at least in some places. Perhaps that's slightly neurotic. :)
