AddOn not appearing in ESO

I used Minion to download and install Master Merchant. When I logged into ESO it did not appear in the AddOn area. I have selected the "Use out of date Addons".. still nothing.
The ESO install location is D:\Program Files (x86)\The Elder Scrolls Online The Minion AddOn folder Path is D:\Program Files (x86)\The Elder Scrolls Online\AddOn My addon folder is filled with Master merchant folders. Am I doing something wrong with turning in addons or what.. any advice would be helpful, otherwise Im just gonna have to play vanilla with no sprinkles. :( |
Your addon folder is likely still supposed to be in the C drive.

Search for UserSettings.txt or AddOnSettings.txt file and check which folder it is in (with the most up2date date and time!).
Below this folder, in the subfolder AddOns, your addons need to be located (normally). |
