It's on the drawing board. Just need to get some of the big bug fixes pushed out then we can compile a 32bit version. :)

Depends on what day 1 you're talking about ;) It goes production live on Sunday :P

So launch day is here and still no 32 bit version :(

Bumping this thread because I too would love to run this program on my 32 bit.

I tried to launch it like every Java application and it seems to work pretty well. I'm unable to login but in guest mode I can add and delete my addons.

Start a command prompt, go in the "app" directory of the installation directory and type :
"java -jar Minion-jfx.jar"

I wonder why they need a compiled executable, wouldn't a simple .bat/.sh do the same?

A compiled version comes with a JVM so java doesnt even need to be installed on the system. The JVM in the current download is 64bit. Having a little bit of trouble with the 32bit JVM right now.

Yea quite like that you did that, as personally refuse to installed java on my machine, too much bloatware.

(though not using java at all would be more ideal as it is a very laggy api, can't complain though since minion is ESOs best addon manager.)

Guys whats up with no 32-bit yet or any news that its even being worked on. Its been a week past launch day, and I even found a forum about starting to work on 32-bit clear back in the beginning of march. Is its not even a priory, or you guys just going to keep minion to a 64-bit user only. Its not my fault im not hardware savvy and my free tech upgraded my machine from windows 7 64-bit to windows 8 32-bit.

Sorry we are still working on it. As I hinted in my post above there are some issues with the 32bit JVM we are working on.

Ok finally was able to get the 32bit JVM working, I've only been able to test this inside a win7 32bit virtual machine right now since I don't have any physical systems that are running a 32bit OS. It works great on my VM and also on my 64bit machines.
