Request: Visitor notification
 

Hello everyone,

I hope this is an easy request: I'd very much like an addon that notifies me (in chat or even with sound) when a visitor arrives in my home, when I am currently there.

I know that EHT (essential housing tools) has this function; however I'd like a standalone lightweight addon without all the tools of EHT.

Something like this would be perfect:
