Hello,
I've been using this plugin: http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info4...formation.html before 1.6 update but since game got updated it's not working anymore. Could someone recomend me similar plugin or help me update this one(I have some programing background but it's been a while since I've done anything)? I really liked how simple this one was and can't find anything similar.

Ok, what exactly is NOT working for you?
Because for me this addon seems to work fine.
The buffs are shown (they are experimental only!), the bank space is shown, the inventory space is shown, the played time is reported into the chat...

What is missing and not working?
Did you enable to use "Outdated addons" in the game's addon section? If you enable "Outdated addons" you will be able to use this addon again as it is only not up2date anymore because of it's needed API version.
