Minion Stuck in Loading

Unfortunately, I am not able to start Minion. Minion becomes stuck at "Loading" every time. Even if I wait a long time, nothing happens and Minion never finishes loading. I just uninstalled and reinstalled Minion to see if that would help, to no avail. I also updated to the latest version when prompted, but that did not help either. I started to delete addons to see if there were a particular one that was causing Minion to get stuck, but I did not have success with that tactic as of yet (although I did not delete all of the addons).

I utilize Minion for Elder Scrolls Online. I also happen to have WoW installed on the same computer.

Any ideas?

There looks to be an AddOn folder called "=Done" that its possibly tripping up on? Do you have any other folder names with symbols or special characters? Can you try removing them?

Its certainly tripping up on one of your AddOns.

Would you be willing to zip up your addon folders (all detected games) before you remove anything and send them to [email protected]? This way I can try and reprocude this crash and possibly update minion to handle this better. I know its a lot of work and if you don't have time I understand. I would very much appreciate it though.

Thank you for the reply. I tried deleting the =Done folder and a couple of other addons to see if I could find the culprit, but it still gets stuck on Loading. I attached my ESO AddOns folder in a zip file.

Thanks, got the AddOn directory and I'm able to reproduce the problem. It's certainly a WoW AddOn it does not like.

If you want to get it up and running for just ESO while we try to figure this out, delete the following from your minion.xml

I found the WOW addon causing trouble. I'm not able to determine why yet. If you delete "Flightmap" from your AddOn folder everything should work. Now your minion.xml is a little messed up because of this so you'll need to remove the stuff I posted above or just remove your minion.xml so Minion can remake it.

A patch has been pushed live today that allows minion to handle this addon with out crashing.

The main problem was that addon was breaking the rules. The folder should have the same case as the toc. Instead the folder was Flightmap and the toc was FlightMap.toc. I'm not sure where you got that version of FlightMap but on our site the AddOn is correct.
