From the "small" log file I can only see that it tries to download Wykkyd toolbar and then finds some mismatch between expected and current contents.
I'd simply deinstall it via Minion and redownload...

Then edit the Minion.log file with a text Editor (160 mb? wow.. you should backup it/rename it and build a new Minion.log so it is smaller!) and search for the date and addon name "Wykkyd".

Which addons were not updated by Minion?
Did you get an error message from Minion?
Search for the Minion.log file and attach it here + tell us the date when the update in Minion did not work.
