I have indeed enabled automatic updates, but after reading your post I will turn them off and update the addons manually as you suggested.

Exclamation Minion Update Log Not Sorting Properly

Hello everyone.

Since the last days of 2019 Minion started showing the updated addons in the Update Log in an almost completely random order, with entries from 2019 mixed with this year entries....
