minion doesnt want to download any addons once again i dont know what i am doing wrong. My files are attached to this please help me i just want my addons to work

Mine keeping download the same add on forever....

Mine keeping download the same add on forever. Have done everything to try to fix it but nothing had worked. Everything was fine had all my arson’s working and I got on one day and they were all gone...
