Any addon to change the texture around the action bar buttons?

Like WoW has Masque (https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/masque) that allows you to use various skins (https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/search?search=masque) on your action bars.

Any addon that allows adjustment of things like size, opacity etc?
Even if I could just make the pins smaller, that would be a great help.

ESO - show character name on roster.

Many moons ago I had an addon that gave the option to show character names on the guild roster instead of userid.

I'm sure it's here, but I can't find it :(
