Is it possible to detect the use of a group repair kit if its used by another player in a group?

Mounted player in group

Is it possible to detect if a member of a group has mounted/dismounted?

I know you can detect individually but I need the addon to fire when anyone in my group mounts or dismounts

dungeon hard mode activation

I am trying to make a change in an addon when someone activates hard mode by reading the scroll, is there a way to detect this? all I can see in the api is a detecttion for if a dungeon is normal or...
