Pawsickles font addon jacked after 1.3

So I've been away from ESO for awhile and came back noticing alot of my diff fonts missing - checked pawsickles and noticed that it's got less than half the orig. fonts. any way to fix this? why...

What addon is causing my compass to be less opaque?

Graphical frame borders - more immersive ui graphics?

I'm dying for the computerized look of a lot of the combat and ui frames to have better borders - something that looks like the frame is embedded into some sort of dwemer tech like Harkin's Dwemer...

This game is unplayable without that mod and I'm sure Sorien isn't the only person in the world that can continue updating this thing. It's impossible to play without it IMO
