[fixed] Control(CT_LABEL):SetScale() poor text quality

Since Update 5.0.10 use SetScale on CT_LABEL control results in a poor text quality:

Daedric Hot Bar Abilities can be changed

While holding an artifact weapon the hotbar abilities can be changed with CallSecureProtected('SelectSlotAbility'...).

I assume this is not the indented behavior. Alought, replacing Accursed Charge...
