Addon to suggest gear upgrade?

Is there or can we get an addon to tell us, for example in the tool tip when mousing over an item whether it is an upgrade to an item I have or not?

Hi,

I notice Minion does not have a backup feature. I recently had to re-install Windows and I copied and pasted my addons back after the re-install but none of them worked. I had to delete them all...
