Thumbs up Dungeon Levels on Map Tooltip

Would love an addon that shows the dungeon's level in the tool tip when you mouse over it on the map. That is all. :D Thanks!!!

Just wondering how I could go about learning to create simple addons for ESO. Seems there's a decent bit of info out there for WoW, but not really ESO.

Exclamation Chat Sounds?

One thing for me that I feel like I REALLY need when I play MMO's are chat sounds. Especially for Whispers and Party Chat. Otherwise I tend to miss a lot of important chat. If someone could implement...
