Any way to reduce compass opacity?

I tried ZO_Compass:SetAlpha() and ZO_CompassFrame:SetAlpha(), but neither works.

Is there an addon to show name of frame element?

In WoW I used MoveAnything for this purpose, you could mouse over any UI element and it would show you the name of it.

So something like I would mouse over the chat minibar when I minimize chat and...
