If I name this texture: A_Alliance.dds it does not show up.
But if I add anything to it, like a number at the end, it shows up:
The other alliance textures are doing the same thing: D_Alliance.dds & E_Alliance.dds
(all the others work, its just these alliance textures)

I had similar problems with textures when I updated Social Indicators. It seems there are a few words that we can't use in the file names. I think aldmeri was one of them. IRC I had to rename it to adominion in order to get it to work. I also had a few others, but don't remember them.
