If ZOS code have bug, it's ZOS job to fix it, they're payed for this, not us.
I can accept that an author may spend some time if a bug isn't fixed for months, but for 15days.. it's a waste of time.

Those maps were actually designed to not be scrollable -- the textures aren't high-enough resolution to support zooming further than the default zoom, and the whole map fits into the default zoom level. The fact that you could ever zoom them was the bug.

TweakIt btw fixed this issue if you setup custom zoom level in his settings
