GetLoreCategoryInfo, GetLoreCollectionInfo, and GetLoreBookInfo now return ids. We also added:
GetLoreBookCategoryIndexFromCategoryId
GetLoreBookCollectionIndicesFromCollectionId
GetLoreBookIndicesFromBookId
