There are none! Try to play without and enjoy the game until you find something could be improved. Then come back and search for an addon that helps you, or ask again if anyone knows an addon for that use-case:

Depending on your way of playing you won't need any addon, or you might want to use 100 (for crafting, inventory management, housing, etc.)
But you'll notice this as you try the ESO stuff and feel something is missing for you.
Else you won't notice the vanilla game properly and mayb get forced into addon and dependency issues
