short:
many only PvE players have to enter PvP regions just to get an elemental skill (Rapid Maneuver, War Horn, Vigor) or earn PvE rewards (like an Unstable Morpholith) from events.
Since it is much easier to solve quests if the own alliance controls huge areas of the region (other then all quest hubs are under foreign control) it would be very handy to have a look to the region BEFORE entering a campaign.
concept:
like TTC. Players with the AddOn installed send infos about the situation in their campaign to a server. Players who have to enter a campaign could refer a website with maps of each campaign.
Even that the situation in PvP regions is very dynamic it could be a huge help. TTC doesn't show all prices of all vendors and is in no way exact to the second. However, it IS a huge help for every trader. This AddOn could be the same for non-PvP players.
