Master Merchant is working fine. The issue is that it is now on a cooldown when it requests data. For busy trading guilds that means it may take 10-20 hours to pull the complete history. Since you reset your data, this is exactly what it tries to do before it shows you anything. The only solution is that you open the guild history menu and press E until the keybind button on the bottom of the screen disappears, indicating that you fetched all available data. Then you will have to wait a few minutes for MM to process the data and afterwards repeat that for each of your guilds. Once you have done that it should show the sales as before.
In addition you will need to do the same if you skip playing a few days, or don't play long enough for it to show the "no more results" message for all your guilds in chat before you log out. In that case it's enough to press E until you see that the results for x days ago show up at the bottom of the list. This takes me like 2 minutes every day after login for 3 guilds and ensures MM keeps working.
