If the client says patch manifest error and the repair does not work, just execute the eso.exe file manually WITHOUT starting the client before:

Go to your eso game directory (you can see it if you right click the launcher icon, choose Properties, and look at the "Run in" path. Just use this path and open it in your windows explorer).

Example:
Code:
D:\Games\TESO\Launcher\
If you are in this directory step one directory up, and you''l be here:
Code:
D:\Games\TESO\
Now go to this subfolders:
Code:
The Elder Scrolls Online EU\game\client
You are here now:
Code:
D:\Games\TESO\The Elder Scrolls Online EU\game\client
Here you'll find the "eso.exe" file. Create a shortcut on your desktop and just play with this one instead of the launcher.
If you login and the launcher needs to patch something the game will tell you! So no worries ;-) Just close the game and start the launcher then to patch the game.
