We've notices some different percentage values for the Inner Light ability tooltip in our export for the ESO-Skillfactory (

I got different tooltip results with different race/class combinations but I can not find any passives that affects these value.
I've used the following chat command to get the ability text:

Here are the different results for some race/class combinations:
Level 1 Khajiit Dragonknight, No Champion Points unlocked
Summon a mote of magelight, revealing stealthed and invisible enemies around you for 5 seconds. Exposed enemies cannot return to stealth or invisibility for 3 seconds.
While slotted your Max Magicka is increased by 7% and you gain Major Prophecy, increasing your Spell Critical rating by 2191.

Level 3 Breton Nightblade, No Champion Points unlocked
Level 1 Orc Necromancer, No Champion Points unlocked
Level 1 Dark Elf Sorcerer, No Champion Points unlocked
