Recently downloaded ESO and minion. Downloaded the addons into the right location on the same drive. Not sure why the addons won't show up in game. Really not much else to say that would help.
EDIT: issue has now be solved. apparently i didn't have the correct folder. oh well. this post on eso forums helped:
