Sorry to hear your having trouble.
For future reference restarting your computer (or killing the task in task manager) would have fixed that issue.
To help I'm going to need a little more information.
- How is it not starting, can you explain what you see?
- Do you get the splash screen?
- Do you get to the loading screen with the progress bar?
- Do you get an error?
- Did it make a new .minion folder?
- Can you post your minion.xml and minion0.log if it did?
