NEEDS someone to take over
NPCMuter or make a totally new addon that allows us to blacklist & mute specific NPCs.
We're going insane over these NPCs that say the same things over and over. We've heard them all a thousand times!
I tried Harven's Mute NPCs addon, but it muted the dragon shouts, too. Which I didn't like due to the shouts being important combat information. And if it mutes dragons, I imagine it mutes other NPCs that speak during combat as well. That's not good.
