Ah, that's good to know! The version that I uploaded yesterday uses GetString("SI_SKILLTYPE", SKILL_TYPE_WORLD)), per Scootworks' suggestion, for the German version, which is exactly "Offene Welt". Thanks for confirming that this was the correct change!
