It's on the list of Minion 4 but don't ever expect it for Minion 3.
You are able to see the dependencies ingame in the addon manager properly, by expanding the addon.
And to be honest tell the addon devs to add it to the description of the addon if you find missing ones. Add a comment or write a pm. They might be thankful for the oversight fix
