I solved my problem. I disabled my anti-virus (AVG) temporarily and restarted Minion. Now it continued loading normally. So I added the minion program path (c:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Minion\) to AVG's exceptions and the problem is solved. So if someone experiences the same problem check your internet security software and try adding minions program path to its exceptions before getting crazy
