Hi Sven,
It looks like youe pointing Minion to your game client install path (D:\Spiele\Steam\steamapps\common\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online EU\game\client). Minion wants the path to the ESO AddOn folder which is usually under your documents folder in Windows.
To fix:
1. Delete your Minion.xml
2. Restart Minion
3. When prompted to find the ESO AddOn folder choose the game Elder Scrolls Online
4. When the file browser window opens on your C: find the "Users" folder.
5. Now find the folder with your windows username on it.
6. Then locate the "Documents" folder (NOT "My Documents", there are 2 folders)
7. Locate the Elder Scrolls Online folder
8. Find your realm folder open it
9. You should see the AddOn folder. Click on it and select it and it should work now.
