Since murkmire the event EVENT_ACTION_SLOT_ABILITY_SLOTTED does not fire anymore. It seems to have been replaced by EVENT_SKILL_RESPEC_RESULT or EVENT_ACTION_SLOTS_ALL_HOTBARS_UPDATED, but i cannot find the first one in the API updates.
https://wiki.esoui.com/Events#Action_Bar needs an update aswell @sirinsidiator (i think ayantir always kept it up to date?)
