How to back progress bar to skill tooltips?
so since Wolfhunter if we mouseover skill bar in cursore mode we will not see progress bar, only SkillName + Rank
how to put a progress bar on this tooltip like it was before Wolfhunter? anyone know?
its vey helpful and its very annoying ZOS disable it
