nvm, I fixed it
Author, if you care about what happened it is a small glitch that may be impacting other users whose AddOn folder may not be in the usual place (C:\Users\My Documents\etc\etc) . I encountered this problem when I had recently moved the <My Documents> folder to D: to free up SSD space and Minion could not find them (the game could however)
I believe the problem is that the change <Game AddOn folder Path> function does not work after you change it. There is no refresh and nothing happens even if you exit the app and restart. I solved the problem by replacing the new path (encoded) into the XML file.
