So downloaded Destinations and tried it out all day. It doesn't show Wrothgar relics for the Relic Hunter achievement. Unless I am missing the setting somewhere but I poured through all of the options a few times to make sure I wasn't missing it.

Look under the "Achievements" submenu under Destinations.
