Open the minion sub forum here in the forums (
https://www.esoui.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=183), read the sticky posts "Troubleshooting", and follow the steps given there please!
e.g. do not use 64bit version but use the 32bit version.
Do not install to default folder but e.g. c:\Minion.
Add Minion folder and executable file to your whitelists of firewall, antivirus etc.
