setalpha.txt was blank.

sethidden.txt:

InventoryInsightFromAshes\InventoryInsightFromAshesBackpack.lua: ItemTooltip:SetHidden(false)
InventoryInsightFromAshes\InventoryInsightFromAshesBackpack.lua: ItemTooltip:SetHidden(true)

guess that is it then.
