[open] Skinchanger from book
Apparently, if you learn the style via a book instead of the individual chapters, it doesn't end up in the lore library and subsequently IsBookKnown() will fail. I don't personally have the issue, but it was reported to me by @Pumachu since the issue is reflected in CS' display.
