Sorry to hear your having trouble with your keyboard.
This is certainly the first I ever heard (after hundred of thousands of installs) of Minion during our beta having any effect on a keyboard. I had to double check it wasn't April 1st.
If you uninstall Minion does your keyboard go back to working?
I assume you tried un plugging your keyboard and plugging it back in again? Any debris under the keys? Do you have a keyboard from another computer you can try? I've had many keyboards fail on me over the years.
