So, something was wrong in .minion folder, but don't know what!
Only one thing is still wrong. Minion does not recognize all the existing add-ons, which it had itself installed!
Quick fix for me:
1. Close Minion program.
2. Open C:\Users\(Your User Name or "Administrator")\.minion
3. Delete the minion.xml and minion0.txt files.
4. Restart Minion.
It should prompt you to accept the TOS, log back in, find all the addons, and you can click Update to each of them to have it update. Worked perfectly for me this time.
