Hello, are you sure the addons you have downloaded are not outdated?
Outdated is just a hint and does not say they need an update! There are like 10000 posts online abut ESO and outdated and the old "allow outdated checkbox" but you can read about it here too:

Did you manually install an addon and checked if it does not show asoutdated and it really "is minion" saying it is outdated?

If you send us the Minion.log or .xml files PLEASE attach them AS WHOLE FILE to yor post and do not post it's content as text.
