It's always best to ask directly in the addon's comments of the relating addon first, instead of creating a new foum thread.

Make sure to read the sticky comments at the addons comments as well as the authors might have described there what to do in case of bugs, or what to do if any update to the addon was done!
Or the author is asking you about info and describes what to do exactly if you post a bug report. Please follow these rules then!
