Timers of nirn: Check at the top right when the files were last updated and you'll see that this one is most probably not working anymore (as the website is down as well -> the link you meant).

Seems there is no other functinal addon then telling you the research data offline/outside of the game.
CraftStore and others save it in their SavedVariablse though so one could read it manually from it.
