Auto dependency detection & download is something on the list for Minion 4 already but it need changes on esoui backend too.
It's done when it's done.
About your 2nd information:

I do not know any files called AddOns.txt, Errors.txt or "others"?
Which files do you talk about and where are they located?
Beside that I'm not aware of any txt file need to detect the ESO game install folder properly, but that's something that the Minion dev would know best (and I'm not involved into the Minion development).
I guess this is just a coincidence that, after you have created those files where-ever, Minion detected your game properly.
Sometimes it just needs several restarts and time to detect it, like written at the "Trobleshooting" sticky post.

Please add punctuation and paragraphs to your text so we are able to read it properly
