Not possible too cuz the chat enter line is only ONCE in the chat :-) You just change the tabs and the edit field below will be still the same.
So if you press enter the text is gone and send to the actual chat channel.
ZOs or an adodn would need to save the text to the memory, change the guild tabs for you after you press the return key and then put the tetx back into the edit field again.
It's faster if you just press the UP key in the edit field to get your last message, and use a chat tab addon like FCOChatTabBrain or others to change the chat tabs via keybinds.
