Removed Minion
Removed all Add Ons except one (GrimFocus)
Searched PC for any reference for Minion and deleted any found.
Restarted PC
Disabled Anti Virus (Kapersky)
Installed Minion to C:\Minion (installed as Administrator)
Ran Minion as Administrator (with maximum directory search set)
Minion did not find folder automatically
I added folder manually (C:\users\name\documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns
Stage 1 = nothing populated in Minion
Closed Minion, waited 8 minutes
Stage 2 = updated Minion per screen prompt
Log scan = everything worked.
