Did you even try to use the search for addons, using the keyword "build"?
If I do so I'll get a list of addons. After reading some description texts (doing your job
) I got this two addons:

-> Make a screenshot of you data and show this to others

-> Re-Build your build/champion points within a tool (will not change your build or champion points if you don't apply it) and send the info about your data to others ingame by help of a crypted chat link.
Other ppl running the same addon are able to import the link and can apply your build at their character then.
I'm not sure if this works already for the abilities, you need to test it. But at least it does for the champion points.
